Hi mumsnetters!
Feeling really proud tonight as over the last 3 weeks have managed to lose 6lbs.
I’m a takeaway and wine fiend but have cut back to 1 takeaway and one bottle of wine a week. I know I’m not doing anything very impressive or anything but do feel a tiny bit proud that I’m now within the ‘overweight’ part of BMI vs the ‘obese’ part I was in 4 weeks ago
