I have a video link for my PIP tribunal coming up, I rang to check that they have my email, and it turns out on their system its says its face to face rather than video.
Hopefully I am the only one this has happened to, but if you have a date for video tribunal, you might just want to double check it with them. The hold isn't too long and you can block out the music after a while.
