In his infinite wisdom our glorious leader, the great, the unique Boris Johnson has devised a scheme whereby we can pay foreign drivers very little to deliver goods in the UK.
It is just a shame that such a scheme is necessary because British drivers are too lazy to drive and some government put in place some complicated rules about how foreigners could drive.
