What the actual F are these? They are alive. I may have to burn my house down and shower in bleach.

They are in the boys room, he’s away at uni. Do I make him come home and bleach the room?

They look like larvae from clothes moths. They won't hurt you but might nibble holes in your clothes. I would probably try some mothballs, rather than bleach!

Clothes moth larvae definitely. Do you have wool carpets?

Burnmyhousedown · 14/10/2021 11:44

Not sure about the carpets, is there something I can spray on? Feel sick

We get them and they eat the bloody carpet.

No need to get creeped out by them. You didn't say where they are but in the first instance vaccuum thoroughly on high power and go all around the edges with a small nozzle.

You can buy moth larvae powder for carpets and sprays but I used Indorex flea spray because I had it in the house when I discovered them and they didn't like that much.
