To think I've found the biggest con in the biscuit world

The fully coated digestives £1.79 for 6! It's just a normal chocolate digestive with extra chocolate at the back which is £1 for an extra 70g and loads more biscuits!

At least it made me feel better about triple chocolate marylands which were £1 for 8! When it looks like it's £1.35 for 22 normal chocolate!

Bad biscuit week.

They arent even that nice

FrustratedTeddyLamp · 10/10/2021 23:33

No they aren't. I think I'd prefer normal chocolate ones!

Sounds like the perfect excuse to get two normal ones back to back to recreate the experience for less!

FangsForTheMemory · 11/10/2021 00:03

NOOO. You eat them chocolate to chocolate so it snaps when you bite the sandwich!

HuckleberryJam · 11/10/2021 00:12

What about 2 with chocolate on the outside, nutella joining the biscuit inner sides? Too much?

FelicityBeedle · 11/10/2021 00:23

They look rubbish! Biscuits are for dunking but the biscuit wouldn’t make contact with the tea

FrustratedTeddyLamp · 11/10/2021 00:44

Think I'm camp back to back!

Paying £1 for digestives is a con in itself! The cheaper the better!

Ozanj · 11/10/2021 01:00

I think Oreoes are a big con too. 100% ‘vegan’ because they’re 100% chemical. Not a single natural ingredient in them.

Currently chocolate hobnobs are on offer for £1 at Sainsbury’s 😀 However, I was eyeing them suspiciously as the packet has definitely shrunk (didn’t stop me scoffing them though) And don’t get me started on the anorexic toffee crisps! DH picked it up and declared ‘that’s a blooming Penguin’

I had to agree 😂
