DS10 and I have both been floored with a virus for the past 3/4 weeks. I’ve turned a corner this week and say I’m 90% recovered. DS was too until his tonsils became swollen on Wed. This has turned into a cough(it always bloody does). Doc has seen tonsils and has said is just viral, he’s got no temp and is eating/drinking etc. but he cannot stop coughing, it’s constant. His eyes are bloodshot, he’s vomited. Really struggling. No temp. I’m using a humidifier and he’s having paracetamol/ibuprofen etc
Do any old wives tales work? He’s so fed up
