Roofers turning up to do quotes without a ladder ?

Is this normal procedure ? Seems really odd to me , got a leak coming through the loft onto the landing . Had 2 roofers round who both have good reputations. Neither of them bring a ladder !

It's not is it ! And asking me where do i think the problem is ?!

When we had a roofer round for a quote he brought a drone! Very efficient and much safer than a ladder.

@Bramshott strange you should say that I literally thought half an hour ago that my son has a drone and I wonder if I should get him to fly it over and take some pics
