Stuck in a job I hate

Posting here for traffic: been employed by this company for less than 2 years & finding it too hard. I keep making mistakes & my manager is getting on at me all of the time. I'm also doing 2 people's jobs so what do they expect? I'm scared they'll sack me soon & I have my rent to pay. I also have a temporary disability which I will take some time to recover from. I don't know what to do, leave before I get sacked - how will I pay my bills? There are no jobs near me that I'm qualified in, other jobs always say experience needed, many applicants, I have no chance.
I want to work & have a decent life but feel totally unemployable

It’s difficult to advise without knowing the profession, whether retraining is an option, etc, but I would definitely say join a union if you haven’t already, and keep looking/applying. Good luck Flowers

So
Why are you making mistakes? Was it lack of training?

Is there any on the job training you could take to help you do your job in a way you are happy with?

If there is genuinely too much to do, have you asked your boss what you should prioritise?

What sort of work is it? ( Admin/ customer service etc?)

Hospitality is crying out for people, would you be able to step into something temporary until you work out your next step?

I don't know how much you are making there but companies like monzo bank are usually hiring for wfh cuatomer service and such.

It may also be good for you while you are recovering?

I was looking for a more refined reason- like " no one taught me to use Excel , and I'm expected to know it"
