More than 3 years ago I was overweight, low self confidence, depressed and I created a fake Instagram profile of a girl who was everything I wanted to be. Talked with a much younger guy (20) for several months and convinced him he was in love with me. Got rumbled when I didn't send him a selfie and no further contact.
For some reason, over the past days I've been overcome with guilt, shame, fear that one day I'll be found out and humiliated, worries how he got over this... How to move on and put it behind me? Long deleted the Gram and never do anything like that now.
