An unusual plant?

Hoping for traffic.

Currently looking for a birthday gift for a family member. She is a very keen gardener with a huge beautiful garden and a conservatory full of plants.
She always loves new ones though and I would love to get her either some unusual seeds or a baby plant that she does not have yet - the problem is I'm completely clueless when it comes to plants.

I'm hoping some wise and more knowledgeable mumsnetters could suggest some interesting/unusual plants/seedlings I could look at or perhaps great websites to visit so that I could surprise her with something new?

Any suggestions would be really apprieciated!

Ahh, you have someone just like my mother! So difficult to buy for,
Are you looking for an indoor plant, garden plant or conservatory plant?
Over the years I’ve had success with gifts from The Gluttonous Gardener. Indoor plants (for me), I like the Ginger Jungle and Hutch Houseplants. And then there are the wild-cards - some funky bulbs (Bloms, I think) and random seeds from overseas, which is obviously not possible right now,

A yuzu tree.
A vanilla orchid.
Something from the fancy&unusual bulb range at farmer gracy's? (No affiliation here)

Jurassic Plants are good. There are some unusual caudex plants you can grow from seed, like elephant yam (dioscorea something) or cinnamon vine \ air potato which produces edible tubers
