Posting for traffic. Five year old has chest infection and on antibiotics. Has eaten and drank this morning. Wants to play. Talking. No temp. But she keeps complaining of neck pain. Should I be worried?

Sounds like a sore throat. When mine were little, they would often describe a sore throat as neck pain. It's possibly a cold.

How’s their temperature? And do they have a rash?

My 5 year old had neck pain when he had a cold and I spoke to the GP on the phone who sent us to A&E. A paediatrician checked him over and they kept us there for a few hours.

I was so hesitant about going but they told me they always want to see children with any symptoms of meningitis.

You could call 111 and see what they say?
