Hi, sorry to clog the board! Travelling to Lisbon imminently. Trying to complete the passenger locator form. It will simply not accept my phone number! It’s the section on the form as attached. It won’t accept +44 or 0044 or 044 and then won’t accept my phone number with or without the 0 at the beginning. What does it want from me?!? Can someone help? And does anyone know what happens if I don’t fill in the blasted form?!?

Just 44?

Have you selected your country first?

It won’t accept just 44 and there is no way of selecting country. The form has all my details, so if already knows I’m uk.

It's +44 and your mobile number including the 0

Are you sure you're phone number is right? If it's auto filling it, it might have added an extra zero, or added a space and missed off a number?

Where are you? Can you log on using a PC? I filled this in a couple of weeks ago and use +44 which worked fine on the PC.

Yep have entered manually approx 872 million times

I did it on mobile and it worked no bother.

Can someone tell me what happens if I can’t do it?

You have to have it to be allowed onto the plane.

Clear your browser history and try again

Who are you flying with? I had a nightmare trying to upload my forms and ended up going to the BA counter at Heathrow the night before my flight and they did it for me. Is there a way you could visit the airport the night before and they could maybe help? If not, try another browser maybe

Have you tried 44 (not the first 0 of your number) then the rest of your number eg. 44 121212121 pretty sure you don't need the plus sign.

The whole thing is a fucking farce.

When I went to Portugal in July a lot of people had paper copies. You could get one and fill it in at the airport too. I was actually one of only a few people with it on their phone.

I'm sorry I think I made a mistake in my previous post. You need a zero in front of the 44 and not the zero in front of your mobile number.

I completed these forms a few weeks ago, but unfortunately can no longer access them.
I think I put the + and my number excluding the leading zero.
Eg if your number is 0781111111
You would put + 781111111
I hope you manage to do it. I am sure the + needs to be used.

Did you get it done in the end?

Had to do it on another browser but eventually got it working!
