I have got an interview for a job at an employer where I previously worked for 8 years, then temped another time for 5 months. The employer has always been happy with my work. I'm worried as the job advert said "The role is a great opportunity to start your housing management career or obtain experience in housing management". Does this mean they will be more likely to employ someone without the experience instead? I have over 10 years experience. I really don't want to be wasting my time going for an interview.
