We are interested in a property and can't get to view it until next week.

It's semi rural but it's in a close of 3 other detached houses. All individually build in a non regular way. I think this is important because I think bits of land have been sold off gradually.

Anyway, on the Google images the house is alongside this bit of land with strange markings on. I think it looks like a dirt bike/buggy might have been doing laps or some
Other vehicle.

One of our main concerns is that the land next door is used for something annoying or noisy like that. But the vendor is being vague 😬

So wise people of Mumsnet- what do you think? Does it look like what I think it looks like?

We are semi-rural and yeah, dirt bikes are a big thing round here. There’s a field down the road which we were told was used ‘once a month’ for dirt bike meets but during lockdown it was daily. They’re really noisy and irritating. Second joining a local Facebook group. Locals will probably give you their honest opinion about the bikes.

I would say it's not dirt bikes but quad bikes. Two lots of treads.

If the vendor is being vague then that surely gives you the answer. If it was a no then they would be most emphatic in telling you no.

Looks like it to me. We live on a hill like this and there is one a couple/three of miles away that we can see from our house at weekends and hear it despite the distance. Would be really loud if nearer.

A bit of a stretch, but are there farm building nearby, could it be someone using the space for carriage driving practice? That would give double tracks.
