Huge emetophobic, sickness bug gone round the house dd dp and dm have had it, I had diarrhoea yesterday so not sure if I've had it or not but I am terrified, I haven't eaten for a week and panicking loads, I am going to phone doctors Monday and ask for some help because I literally can't go on like this or cope but how can I help myself ?

You’ve posted about this already. Not sure why you need another thread asking what to do again. Contact your GP, seek help.

OP, this is your fourth post about this in a week. You really need to contact your GP about your emetophobia, only having a liquid diet for a week is not at all healthy.

You didn’t need help.

Unfortunately randoms on the internet cannot give it to you.

If you want help now call 111? Or a charity for phobia/anxiety/panic? You can email /text/ chat as well as call...

You need CBT. It helped me loads although I do still have a major fear.
One thing I learnt is that sickness is not as bad if you have something on your stomach. Try a banana or ginger biscuits.

Being sick on an empty stomach is worse.
