I work early Saturday morning and we have some neighbours opposite who are incredibly noisy, loud music and often shouting and crying at some point. They only do this on Friday night and usually stop around 1am. Today I left for work just before 3 and they were still playing loud music and talking loudly with doors and windows open.
I wouldn't complain, despite the lack of sleep I get every Friday because I appreciate its the weekend for many.
What do you think is a reasonable time to make noise until on the weekend?
