worried about Scam Covid Passport Email

Have any of you received an email about a vaccine passport being sent to you? I just received one that looked just like the NHS homepages etc, was filling it in with my details and then the next page asked for my card details 😳 obviously shut it down but worried now that I had started completing the form with my name, date of birth, address etc?

Did it ‘submit’ that first page with those details or was it abandoned when you got to the bank details stage? I’m sure it’s ok as I’m guessing you would need to send it in one go rather than page by page so it probably deleted everything when you left the site. But just keep an eye out on your post, and maybe keep an eye on your credit record on Experian or similar over the next few weeks to make sure nobody is opening anything in your name.
