Arriving and departing PCR test?

So I arrive from Greece and four days later travel to Dubai. Can I use the same PCR test for both day two arrival and pre departure? I don't see why not but don't want to get it wrong.

As an update, apparently I can't use the same test. So I have to pay £43 for a day 2 test and £43 for a fit to fly test, Both PCR both on the same day! If that's not a rip off I don't know what is!
