My duvet is in shreds.

Where do you buy good quality ones that last?

I don’t like light feeling duvets, something with a bit of weight.

I have a wool one, and love it. I feel like it’s cool when the weather is warm outside, and snuggly and warm in the winter. It’s got more volume than the cheap supermarket one I had before but it’s not hugely thick. When I got it, it had that rustle of a thick hotel duvet but I don’t notice if it does or not anymore!

Where did you get it from @dizzyupthegirl86?

We have old ones are from John Lewis which are still going strong.

Our main is from TK Maxx - a 100% Siberian goose down superking with two different tog layers (10.5 and 3 I think) that you can use together or apart, so two duvets basically, with buttons to make 13.5 if needed, which we rarely do as we have blankets too. It was an absolute bargain at £100. The only thing 'wrong' with it was that the labels showing the tog weights were the wrong way around!

We also have a double one on dd2's bed from IKEA.

It was a present actually but I think it was from very. I don’t think they sell them now but it was about £100, so not one of the high end ones. It’s about 4 years old now and I still love it. People who sleep there say it feels like a hotel bed!

Dunelm have a really good selection, if you can physically get to one of their stores they have samples hanging up so you can feel what they’re like.
