My friend passed away in her sleep earlier in the week at the age of 40, no underlying health issues and it’s really freaked me out. I have been unable to sleep and worrying about everything. We weren’t seriously close friends but I feel like it has affected me I just can’t stop thinking about her family and I keep getting upset.

Sorry for your loss ❤️

I can imagine it's difficult at the moment, trying to process what has happened. When I was at school, something similar happened, and I was struggling with trying to go to sleep.
What helped was, reminding myself, lots of people pass away in so many different circumstances, and we can't avoid everything. Also, I used to watch things that cheered me up until I felt super sleepy, to point where you can't stay awake.
Sometimes breathing techniques help too, or just chatting to mutual friends.
Hope you feel better soon, Smile

Big hugs. This sort of thing affects me massively but I can't imagine what perfect way of passing away, than In your sleep. You won't know about it or that its going to happen. Xx
