Not AIBU really but do you think the new red hair was dyed or a wig?

It did look wig like. It was a lovely colour but it aged her.

I did wonder TBH.

It must have been a wig. Unless she's trying to impress my husband who likes redheads.

It didn't age her but the hair did not move naturally.

She's a contestant on Task Master. Apparently, it's related to that.

It looked too shiny to be real, incidentally Amazon does really good cheap wigs.

Ah, I wondered why she'd been wearing lots of odd accessories in this series (a fascination one week, tinted glasses one week) but Taskmaster makes sense.

I thought not a wig as it didn’t have the bouffy at the roots look, but my mother says it has the sparkly shine of a shop mannequin. It does have the look of one of the e-salon adverts that pop up on MN.

I think it makes her look younger. I’d like to see David trying out a radical new look

Ah, Taskmaster! I was very distracted by it, I couldn't concentrate on the Wall for thinking she should sue her hairdresser.

I thought it really suited her - looked better than her usual hair.

That's three things that amazed me about tonight's Only Connect

a) the hair

b) that Barbara (who was surely born only 5 mins ago) is old enough to have required pandemic home schooling

c) Hermione Granger and Herman Goering share the same consonants (but own different cats)
