AIBU to ask the merry folk of Winchester for the most atmospheric restaurant

Coming to Winchester with a friend who has a condition meaning they can't eat/taste very much food. However, we have agreed to go out for dinner to catch up, so I wanted to try and find a place in Winchester that is just lovely to sit in or look out of. Cost is not a major consideration. Thanks.

The Ivy has great service - ask to sit in the window so you can see the world go by. Agree with the others on cocktails in Incognito. You need to book. It's fun and showy.
