I am not too sure if I am being really unreasonable here but I booked a holiday through click and Go ( Dublin) to go to Portugal last May. Hpwever, Aer lingus changed the flight times a few times so we decided to cancel. Also was a bit aprehensive about flying anyway due to Covid. But we were told by Cick and Go that once Aer lingus changed fight times we were entitled to cancel with a full refund. We cancelled on the 15th of April and I still do not have a refund. I have emailed and asked but they are saying that they are still waiting for their refund from Aerlingus.
Now I could be wrong but is my contract not with click and go?
