Home PCR test possible before travelling abroad?

Due to go to Greece next month and wondering whether I need to book the Friday off for a test (flying on Sat).

From what I'm reading, you need to allow several days for the result, which obv won't work if it needs to have been done within the 72 hours before leaving. It would be a pain to take another day off tbh, but I'm not sure there's a better option.

It depends on what test you book. Different providers offer different turnaround times.

Actually, I'm possibly being a dumbass. The info below seems to suggest that having been fully vaccinated is enough.

I initially read it as 'and' but it's 'or'.

You don't need to have a test before entry to Greece if fully vaccinated.

I used to work for TUI and their entry rules chart for each country is really useful and constantly updated.
