AIBU for being a PGCE student that is being treated like a TA

So I am doing my PGCE with QTS as a school direct student. I have been put in Recpeption class (I requested this as i have been an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse for 8 years in a school) anyhow they put me in a Reception class and it's only me my mentor and a 1:1. The school are lying to the parents saying the 1:1 is the TA for the class but in reality she is a 1:1 for a SEND child.
At first I didn't mind but technically I should be part of a numerarcy not an actual extra adult. But now the year leader who is also my mentor has put me on the rotas and basically means I speak bare minimum shadowing her! It's so unfair there are 6 other people doing it in Repcetion too and all of them all have either a TA or an EYP. I feel like they are using me based on the fact I am experienced. I'm leaving after 5 everyday sometimes 6 doing basic TA work because they don't have a TA. To make matters worse the course provider (its a school) is the same flipping school I'm working in. AIBU? Or do I just get on with it?

Op all I can say is welcome to teaching. Sorry but this is normal and will happen all over the place, schools cutting corners and relying on good will. They will take all you are prepared to give, another school will likely be the same.

This sounds like schools everywhere... and one reason why schools choose to be bases for teacher trainingnI imagine for the extra staff...
