Okay so I have name changed as this is quite outing combined with other stuff I’ve posted.
So I’ve (27F) just moved with my kids into a new house in the suburb of a city, far away from my home town and family. I’m quite alone here so far, but I have met my immediate next door neighbour.
The issue is, she’s stunning. Every time we speak I’m blushing like a teenager and she even featured in my dream last night 😳. She’s about 50 I’d say at a guess.
Aibu to try and make friends with her? My prevailing thought is that maybe I’m just lonely and it’s coming out in the form of an obsession with this poor woman, and maybe if I befriend her it’ll sort of... go away.
YABU- Don’t try and befriend the poor woman you creep.
YANBU- It’s fine to befriend people you fancy as long as you’re not acting on it.
