Just left ds at university was fine taking him helped him unpack etc arrived home and I'm a mess like I'm grieving him already can't stop crying I wasn't expecting to feel like this.
Am I abnormal.

Awww. I’m not normally an emotional person but I think when this day comes for me I will feel the same as you.
It’s the end of an era.
Well done to you as his mother for the last 18 or so years to get him to this point.
Celebrate what you’ve achieved as well as him.

Don’t worry he will soon be back with bags of washing Grin.
Just make the most of your tidy house and the fact that the fridge stays full for days rather than 24 hours after your big shop.
