We moved house recently. Our next door neighbours are VERY strange.
They both don’t work, must be mid to late 20s, literally always look like they have just woken up.
They seem to only use their bedroom in their house. You can see into their living room and it’s just storage and loads of plants.
Their bedroom is next to ours and all day you can hear them in the room.
They play video games which are so loud my wall literally vibrates, watching constant TV, you can hear them talking, shouting, them having sex etc. All I guess to be expected as they don’t use any other rooms. They even have a tumble dryer (by the sounds of it) in there 😅
But the main issue is their dog!!! I’m at home most days with a young baby.
Where I normally sit on the sofa I can see out into the street and you can clearly hear when they leave the house- this seems very rarely!
I see the girl take the dog for a walk in the morning for maximum 5 mins. I’ve seen the dog poo and they never pick it up! I’m pretty sure this is normally the only time they take the dog out. They have a small garden but it’s completely overgrown, full of rubbish and I’d say completely unusable.
In the evening, the dog goes wild, (in their room) running around and barking constantly! It’s woken us all up every single night. It’s infuriating!!!!
I got my partner to knock and just say, ‘look your dog keeps waking our baby up, is there anything you can do’ apparently the guy mumbled a bit and that was that.
AIBU to report this further? I’m loosing my mind! I don’t know how many more interrupted nights I can take
