Antisemitism at work

Hi all
I had an incident at work yesterday.
Me and my colleague were discussing recent shows on Netflix, and I mentioned that there is a very interesting documentary about 9/11. So the subject of the conversation naturally turned into discussing the tragic events and the conspiracy theories about it, and my colleague said that in his opinion - it was the Jews who planned it together with American government... That idiot hasn't even realised what he said considering that I am a Jew. I was absolutely gobsmacked, so I went out to make myself a coffee. When I came back - he started apologising, that he shouldn't have said it bla bla. But I am shaking in anger. The problem is - this dude has no filter, he tells me stupid things once every couple of months. Some previous examples - he told me that if I was to go on maternity I would have no job to come back to, he called me fat in my face (Im not, but I guess its irrelevant).
What would you do with his dirty mouth?
We are a very small company (4 people including the Director), and he is a good friend of the Director. We also have no dedicated HR. I have been looking for another job, I still am. But meanwhile - what would you do? I can take a lot of stupidity, but I refuse to tolerate Antisemitism.
Thanks
