Calpol - too much?

Hi,
My 11 week old baby went for her first injections today. I'm aware she's a little late to this but our nurse has been off sick.
After the injections the nurse said to give her 2.5ml every 3-4 hours. Taking her advice and without reading the bottle I've been giving it her every 3 hours. I've just read the bottle and it says every 4 hours so now I'm panicking I've overdosed her.
The nurse did say it was fine. Will she be OK??

We can’t answer this - try 111 they are generally very good with things like this.

How many doses have you given?
It's 3 doses with a 4-6 hour gap between each dose that's recommended. If you've given 3 doses then don't give any more calpol and you will be within the dosage guidelines

So I have her 2.5 at half 9 then half 12 then half 3 and that's it.
Is that OK?

Yeah, I'd just not give any more as they've had their 3 doses already

Thank you. Definitely won't give her anymore. I should have spaced it out really so she could have had some before bed. Never mind !
