I've used the Head Office number, if that's any good? took a while to get through. 0333 321 9999

I did talk to them, was a couple of years ago now, but I can't remember how I found their number, think it was on an email.

The theory is that it gives the underlying number to national numbers.
(Take care to ensure that you don’t replace a ‘national local rate’ number with the actual number as then you would get the standard rate charge. However if you have inclusive calls the underlying number ought to be free)
