To ask if you exercise in the early evening to help with sleep issues/insomnia?

I have had bad sleep for a long time - fall asleep fine, wake up and stay awake, sometimes for hours. It got worse through menopause, now I'm post menopause, it's suddenly (after a decent stint) got worse again.

I usually exercise by the latest 1pm, so as not to increase cortisol (stress hormone).

I'm thinking of trying to see what it feels like to exercise early evening. Whether it helps.

Anyone find that it does?
