To feel a bit of a fraud

Applying for a new job at the moment. Filling in the application form with all my experience and skills. Everything is factually correct, but I still feel like a bit of a fraud as though I am only presenting my best side, and not showing my negative qualities (I’m a massive panicker, have severe anxiety and get stressed easily)

Does anyone else feel like a fraud when applying for jobs?

You’re not a fraud! Nobody applies for a job and says “I’m lazy” or “I’m not very conscientious”

On the flip side, if you was the business recruiter, and you were reading your cv would you hire yourself ? Sometimes not everyone is perfect, most people have various strengths and weaknesses.

Perfectly natural to only present your "best side" when applying for a job.
You're trying to sell yourself to your potential employer.
The fact that you recognise that you do have some negative qualities is, IMHO, a good thing.
Good luck with your application.
