Is even Google search inherently sexist?

I think I’ve pulled a muscle in my chest, causing pain in my right breast. I did a Google image search to try to pinpoint the issue. Almost ALL the images were of men, mainly looking manly, doing weights etc. The illustrations were all of male muscalture. There wer a couple of photos of women looking feeble.

I then tried searching including the word “women”. Nope, still pictures of men!

I’m so annoyed.

Yes it is. Have a read of Invisible Women by Caroline Criado-Perez. It talks about exactly this and a bunch of other parts of our lives that are affected. You'll be impressed but also furious at times.
