Apologies in advance because I will offend people. Hasten to add I was an adult and no kids harmed / involved at the time!
My favourite ornament (placed at top of tree) was a (pregnant) doll - you could perform your own caesarean and extract child. Obviously, it was the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus was (extracted) born Christmas Day.
