I have sued the breeder I bought my puppy off as it turned out she had a significant heart murmer. The breeder would not remedy anything. I have asked for half the money bk that I paid for her of £1450.00 plus vet fees for ecg's of £1550.00. But she has now counter claimed for the same thing half the money for the dog and vet fees. Even though the puppy is mine and she has never paid a penny bk to me. Can anyone help. Tia
