Anyone sell on etsy?

Just wondering if its worth it or is there a better way?
Only have a few little ideas at the moment, nothing concrete, but I don't want to waste my time or money if its not worth it?

It didn't work for me personally, and I shut up shop completely when they changed their policy to allow resellers of mass produced items. I'd signed up when it was, truly, a handmade marketplace, and just didn't enjoy the shareholder led changes. Folksy.com works well for me, but won't suit everyone. There's also Not on the High Street, people do really well on there.
