To think I'm pregnant

I know I'm most likely being unreasonable as chances are I am not as DH had a vacestomy 2 years ago after I had dc3

I'm 37 and put on weight over covid and started exercising again over the last 2 weeks so probably just shocked my body.

But my period is now a week late and I keep thinking I'm coming on due to mild crampy feelings but don't.

Other vague pregnancy signs... Slightly more sensitive to smells but could be sense of smell normalising after having covid a few months ago. could be peeing more but I do drink a lot when I'm working. area around my nipples could be darker but equally I could be imagining it.

Boobs/nipples are not sore or tender (which I usually get as pms and when been pregnant in the past). Not feeling nauseous which I have felt in varying degrees in the past when pregnant.

Haven't really been too worried about it until yesterday and think I'll stop at the chemist later and get a test when finish work but needed to get your thoughts before then as I'm driving myself slightly insane. 🤯

You wont be.

If your DH had a vasectomy and the follow up checks then it's very unlikely, unless you've been having fun with someone else. Wink

You're probably now looking for signs as the idea has entered your head when rationally it's much more likely that your period is just late, are you stressed out or have you recently had the covid jab?

WheelieBinPrincess · 10/09/2021 14:46

No I don’t think so, your DH has had a vasectomy!

AwaAnBileYerHeid · 10/09/2021 15:05

Pretty unlikely if your husband has had a vasectomy however the only way that you'll find out is with that pregnancy test. Good luck!

HurryUpAndWait23 · 10/09/2021 15:46

I doubt it.

Garman · 10/09/2021 15:51

Did you dh do the follow up tests required and were they clear?

It can happen, only one way to find out!
