DD 4yrs has very slow growing hair. She had none until she was over a year old, and even now at 4 she has short hair which has a curl and is quite unruly. I use specialist defrizzing conditioner every evening (& only shampoo twice a week), don’t blow dry, avoid tieing up as much as possible to reduce breakage, but still it doesn’t grow. I know she would love to have long hair she can plait etc and I’m upset for her that hers just isn’t growing. Seriously if I could just sew mine on to hers I would give her mine!
She has regular trims at a specialist children’s hairdresser to keep it in good condition.
Please can anyone advise of any tips on encouraging children’s hair to grow?!
