Posting here for traffic....
I'm due my 5 day postnatal check soon, I've just given birth via c section and obviously in pain, the hospital is 45 mins drive away and I've been asked to go in to the hospital for the 5 day check for an early time appointment. I really don't feel up to going, it's a few days away but just doesn't seem right that I'm expected to do go there for it, I thought these checks were carried out at the patient's home? I've had the day 3 home visit. Is it because they're short staffed?
Not sure if I'm being precious about it or not really...
