I’ve been looking after my 18 year old nephew since I was quite young so don’t know if that’s aged me

I'm 50 and I've only just started to feel middle aged

Are you planning to die at 60? If so then yes it is.

I’m 42 and I wouldn’t call myself middle aged just yet!
