To ask if anyone else has had this horrible bug?

My whole family have had a horrible bug. It starts with a fever (39 C) and headache. This lasted for 2 days for the kids and then terrible diarrhoea. My husband and I had diarrhoea for nearly a week. No vomiting. We’ve had it one after another so not food poisoning. PCR test negative. Anyone else?

We all had noro kind of 36 hours apart though my partner just had the fever then diarrhea like your describing with no vomitting. The rest of us, me and 2 kids all temps, vomitted and some diarrhea. Could it be that? We now have chest infections a week later which sucks! X

My husband has been really ill this evening. Temperature, almost delirious with tiredness and croaky throat. Negative lft at work plus we literally had covid a week ago.

Noro here (not envy) . Vomiting. Diarrhoea, pain, temperature (Linked acute onset of vomiting).
