I'm not worked in an office environment before, however sometimes I wonder if it's me or just an unhealthy work environment. Due to covid we are all spaced out 2m apart each. My view is taken up by the computer display so it's hard to see others without standing up.
The conversation sometimes can make it feel likes a lad clubs, I even think if I didn't say anything or make the effort to talk to others would anyone actually talk to me. Some of the language is clearly inappropriate but because everyone jokes around it's considered ok.
I wonder what other peoples thoughts are?
