Is awful. Am going to change service provider after 20 ish years with Vodafone. Who is happy with their service provider for being available when you call with a problem or just to talk about options?

We were exactly the same, after over 20 years with Vodafone we have moved to o2. No issues as yet but I haven’t had too much interaction. I’ll cross EE off for any future changes though, thanks.

Giff Gaff, Tesco, Smarty and Sky top the Which surveys.

I moved to Giff Gaff ages ago - I ditched Vodafone ages before that as they were such utter shite.

I was with Vodafone a few years back and they were awful. Overcharged me (accidents happen, that's ok) but they wouldn't refund me or even let me raise a complaint so I've never gone back. I always found EE was grand, long wait times but it was always OK. I'm with Sky now because I got a cracking deal on my new phone and so far so good.

Thanks so much everyone. It took my 45 minutes on an online chat this morning (3 different people/bots I had to chat to, repeating my name and password every frigging time) only to be told that I can't change price plan unless I'm upgrading and I'm not due an upgrade yet. I'm trying to avoid my son overspending by £100 a month on his plan! I just want to move to a better one for him.

Definitely leaving asap.
