Neighbour in friends garden

Wondering if friends ndn has mental health problems. Last year she accused friend of mistreating cat by leaving it out in the cold. Long story short Cat now resides at ndn.... anyway friend has camera installed and when it was checked it showed ndn in friends back garden approx 20 mins before friend got home last night. There was another camera notification An hour ish after friend got to work. Ndn apparently looking at some planks of wood in friends back garden. (?). From camera footage it seems ndn climbs over the wall to access friends garden. I've seen the footage and I think ndn may have MH problems rather than anything malicious. Friend has had problems with ndn in the past due to her outbursts about the cat ( she banged really hard on the door once and had a go at friends teenage son re the cat). NB the cat WASN'T malnourished or I'll treated. Friend wondering what to do......

If I was your friend, I'd ask you or another friend (friend's friend) to arrive at mine when I was sure NDN would not see them.

Friend's friend would stay in the house, friend would go to work, friend's friend would see NDN in the garden, then go into the garden and quietly and calmly directly challenge NDN whilst videoing her, ask NDN what she thought she was doing and tell her the Police will be very interested in this video plus previous CCTV footage.

Hopefully that would put the NDN off ever coming into friend's garden ever again.

I think your friend should say to the neighbour that they have motion activated security cameras that have picked up that she is going into their garden and would like them to stop doing so immediately.

Because she's always been verbally abusive to friend , friends son and once to me when I went to feed the cat as friend was away for the weekend

When people arecasking why someone has posted again would it not just be easier to not comment and to move on? What does it matter its not like a duplicate thread is taking up your personal space is!
