Is it normal to go hot during a period ? I feel awful, I get bad pains but keep going hot is worrying me? Any one else get this and can say it's normal ?

Yes, body temperature rises during menstruation. Not enough to put you in range of a fever, though.

@Palavah thankyou I just keep having a wave of going hot then I'm fine, I get this for about 2 days then I'm okay after those first two days
