To ask about division on labour

Name change for privacy.

DH and I both work full time, contribute equally financially.
He works shifts, 10-12 hour day with a 1.5 hour commute. He gets 4-5 rest days between shift sets.
I work Mon-Fri, 9-5.30, more local but still 45 mins travel at each end of the day. Have been working at home throughout covid but due back to the office from next week.

Anyone in a similar situation able to share how you split home labour? I'm thinking cooking, cleaning, garden, laundry, food shop, admin, school prep, homework support etc?

Both keen to find a better balance (led by me!) just so all time "off" isn't spent on housework. So how do you do it?

Laundry- everyone. Kids bring down and split into colour piles. We wash, tumble dry/line dry. Iron what needs to be ironed on a Sunday night. Kids put clothes away or put in correct room if ours.
Cleaning- me but I have a cleaner once a week but still need to probably hoover once between , wipe down kitchen surfaces everyday, do toilets once and bits between her visits.
Garden- he mows lawn and does veggies, I do rest
Recycling and bins- the kids
Presents/cards/social life- me
School admin- both we have a joint email account to cope with this
Bills, insurance and the vast majority of life-min- him (I don't do any of this)
Pets- me
Dishwasher- kids
Beds- me
Shopping- me but usually internet

(Kids are 10 and 11)
