Ok, I'm overweight , 45 and just come out of 10 months of recovering from several difficult bereavements. Consequently, I've done barely any exercise. I've gone from jogging and doing Joe wicks in the first lockdown to it now being painful to kneel down and I feel like I cant trust my strength to stand up from kneeling . I'm on the case in terms of getting back to walking every day and eating better to lose weight. When I google knee strengthening exercises etc theres a lot, and it's a bit confusing. Any PTs or physios here that could point me in the right direction or suggest simple daily things I can do?
Thanks in advance!
