Been there. I sympathise OP. Anxiety is a difficult thing.
Have a go at this meditation. It's useful for getting rid of all those thoughts and calming down.

It's something I was taught to do during CBT and it helped a lot.

Have you tried deep breathing? My way when I’m too anxious to sleep is visualising the four sides of a square with a number in the middle. Start at 100, breathe in along the top of the square, hold as you go down the side, breathe out as you go along the bottom and hold as you go up the edge again. Then do the same with 99 etc and gradually count down. Haven’t explained it well, but that really helps for me if I can make myself focus on it and not get distracted.

The only thing you should be googling is relaxation tips. Definitely try some breathing as PP above mentioned. There’s something about counting and finger tapping, not that I can remember it but it has definitely helped me before.

Do you have anyone in RL you can offload to?

Your daughter will be okay OP. It might be worth it for you to get out of bed rather than continue to stress in bed. Go make yourself a nice drink of herbal tea/ hot chocolate water with ice and lemon in. Whatever is relaxing for you. Once you have done that, find a podcast, book or audio book and sit in a chair with that and a blanket until you feel your head really nodding off. Get off google and mumsnet altogether. Get off your phone unless it’s for an audiobook (Spotify have them btw). It’s only sleep OP try not to stress too much x
