I'm sure we can help you but there's not a lot to go on in your OP. Can I ask, are you in debt? Can you afford to 'fritter'? Are you frittering on credit? Is there anything else going on in your life that might be a trigger for your spending?

I guess i can afford to fritter. Im not in debt. I have savings but nothing amazing. Its all bits and pieces. Impulse buying in the supermarket. Im usually good at talking myself out of buying rubbish but lately i just buy it.

If you’re not in debt then give yourself a break. We all have months when we spend too much.
Just try to be more mindful of it next time you’re out and about shopping

I guess. I just want my savings mojo back.
